Samuel has over 30 years of experience in project management and property investment in Hong Kong and China.
Prior to joining HKES, Samuel worked in Grosvenor Ltd. as Executive Director of Greater China, responsible for planning, leading, and managing project developments for Grosvenor Asia Pacific in Hong Kong and China. He took the lead in Sustainability, HSE, ESG, and Net Zero strategy for Grosvenor.
Samuel also worked with many major Hong Kong Developers such as Shui On Properties, Kerry Properties, and Henderson China for many prestigious mixed-used projects in various cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian and Guangzhou. Samuel was in charge of many hotel developments, such as Shangri-la hotels, Langham & Cordis hotels, Andaz hotel. He participated as a consultant and contractor in the early stage of his career which makes Samuel fully understand the requirements of our clients and can recommend suitable candidates to different stakeholders of the real estate sector.
Samuel is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (MHKIS) and Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Samuel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Hong Kong, a Master Degree in Construction Management from the University of Reading, and EMBA from Washington University in St. Louis & Fudan University.
