Rebecca is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of work experience in multinational companies including insurance, real estate, supply chain, and private equity firms in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
She was the China Head of Human Resources of Kerry Properties Limited stationed in Shanghai. She managed the Human Resources function of 20 offices across China. She is dedicated leader who supports talent development and cross-cultural collaboration. She is known for her expertise in HR strategic planning, talent management, organization development and coaching.
Prior to joining Hong Kong Executive Search. She was the Deputy General Manager of Metropoly Holdings Limited, a boutique private equity firm in logistics properties fund. She previously also served in well-known brands such as Li & Fung and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Rebecca is a holder of Masters in Science in HR Management and Training from the University of Leicester, UK. She is an authorized partner of DiSC®️ assessment in Greater China, a certified organizational coach of IECL Level 1. Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) from National Career Development Association (NCDA) and a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF).
Rebecca is a Career Coach serving HKU Business School Master Program Students. A volunteer serving Happy Retired Charity Action and Hong Kong PHAB Association, which she provides career advice and personal development training to young professionals.
