Quincy Tam has more than 30 years of experience in sales & marketing, strategic planning, and business development in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China. Since his graduation from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in Mechanical & Marine Engineering. Quincy pursued his career in sales and marketing of industrial products in Greater China. He joined Mobil in 1987 for 12 years and his extensive experience in the oil industry included management, operations, planning, and the establishment of joint ventures.
He was conferred his MBA degree from Henley Management College, UK.
In 2000, Quincy moved into recruitment and training and held a General Manager position at Recruit.
Quincy established joint ventures and offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. With his sound insight on business operations in mainland China, as well as different recruitment and training experience, he can fully understand the needs of our clients and recommend the most suitable candidates for each role in different fields such as oil & chemical industries, supply chain and general operations, sales and marketing, and media.
