Travis Y. Tu is a dynamic and globally experienced healthcare executive with over two decades of success in leading business transformation, strategic planning, operations, and business development across Asia and the United States. Holding an Executive MBA from the China Europe International Business School and an MPH from UCLA, he has built a distinguished career at the intersection of healthcare strategy, delivery, and growth.

Most recently, Travis served as Head of Global Programs & Operations Excellence at ResMed (NYSE: RMD) in San Diego, where he spearheaded cross-functional initiatives that enhanced product integration, drove digital health reimbursement programs, and improved ESG compliance across major global markets. His leadership delivered measurable results, including a projected 20% revenue uplift and a 10% increase in medical affairs team productivity.
Previously, as Vice President of Business Development and Strategy at IMC Octave Healthcare (Singapore), UPMC (China), and ParkwayHealth (Singapore/Shanghai), Travis successfully led multi-million-dollar healthcare ventures, including medical centre development, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. His accomplishments include securing over $80 million in funding and growing market share and revenue through well-executed marketing and operational strategies.
Earlier in his career, Travis was Group General Manager and COO at IBC Healthcare Joint Venture in China, where he managed a $75 million budget and transformed a state-owned hospital post-privatization. He also held key roles at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Kaiser Permanente, where he led hospital integrations, contract negotiations, and financial modeling for large-scale healthcare systems.
