Executive search is a direct approach methodology, which starts with the clients. We never lose sight that our most significant tool in recruitment is accurate knowledge about you, your firm, the position to be filled and job specifications. Correspondingly, we will gather all this information from you, in order to assess the overall qualities and chemistry that will contribute to a new employee's success in your company.​


Search activities will be initiated by Hong Kong Executive Search and any of our associate offices may be called upon to assist, if additional sources of candidates are required. The search process begins with research into prospective firms to target, followed by identifying potential candidates within these companies. These individuals are then directly approached to explore their suitability, as well as to initiate their interest in the position and opening discussion with our firm. Personal interviews are conducted to explore backgrounds, capabilities and ensuring short and long term interests are in line with the needs of your company.

 

​Upon completion of this process of targeting and screening of candidates, a short list of qualified candidates is prepared for you. Their details will be submitted for your perusal, including information about their interest, suitability for the position, education and employment history, as well as personal data.

 

 

We will assist in making the necessary arrangements for you to interview the short listed candidates. Once the interview(s) process has been completed and a suitable and interested candidate has been identified, we ill assist in negotiating a mutually acceptable remuneration package to conclude the recruitment of the individual. Upon mutual agreement between you and the candidate, reference checks will be conducted and documented by Hong Kong Executive Search for your review. The assignment is completed, once the candidate begins employment with your firm.
