Nancy Lui Neumann
Managing Partner

Nancy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Hong Kong Executive Search established in 1989. A graduate in Business Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Nancy pursued her career in various fields, with the bulk of her experience gained from the garment and electronic industries. She takes an active interest in the human resources arena and is Thomas accredited. She was a Member of the Labour Advisory Board Committee on Employment Services, Hong Kong from 1994 to 1996. She has been an active member of the Human Resources Committee of The American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and chaired the Regional HR Conference in 2002. Other professional affiliations include the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, Society for Human Resources Management (USA) and the Swiss Business Council. She was on the Board of Director of NPA, a global recruitment network with 350 members established since 1956. Nancy is a tournament bridge enthusiast and served as a council member with the Hong Kong Contract Bridge Association for many years. She represented Hong Kong as a member of the Ladies Team competing for the Venice Cup in year 2000 in Bermuda. She chaired the Organizing Committee of the 2002 & 2003, 2004 and 2005 Intercity Bridge Championships in Hong Kong. Nancy is also an avid tennis player and golfer. Nancy was born in Guangdong Province, China, married to a Swiss, and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Her extensive network of social and business contacts facilitates her success in undertaking senior search assignments in Asia Pacific.


Quincy Tam
Managing Partner

Quincy Tam has more than 20 years working experience in Marketing, Planning and the Business Development in HK, Macau and PRC. After having graduated in the Mechanical/Marine Engineering in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Quincy pursued his career in sales and marketing of industrial products in Greater China. He joined Mobil Oil since 1987 for 12 years and attained his MBA from the Henley Management College, UK. His extensive experience in the oil industry includes management, operations, planning and joint venture set up. In 2000, Quincy changed his career to the recruitment/training media industry and held a general manager position of the Recruit. He established joint venture and offices in Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. With this in-depth knowledge of oil and chemical industries, recruitment and training as well as the PRC operations, he is qualified to understand the need of the clients and recommend appropriate candidates for positions of oil/chemicals industries, general operations, sales and marketing, and media. He is a keen golfer and Director of the United States Golf Teacher Federation-China and the member of Professional Clubmakers Society in the US.


Kenny Au
Partner

Kenny is from Hong Kong with French Citizenship, which was offered to him by the French Government in 1992 as a special recognition for his outstanding performance and contribution to the French economy during his tenure as Director of Remy Martin, Hong Kong and China.
Kenny is a graduate of The Polytechnic of North London with a Bsc (Hons) degree in Physics & Physical Electronics. He lived and worked in the UK for six years before returning to Hong Kong to pursue his career development.
As early as 1981 when China first reopened, he pursued his initial career with Kodak China and then moved on to Remy Martin in 1988. Kenny has accumulated twenty-five years solid experience in the commercial field of sales and marketing on industrial, chemical, luxury brand, fast consumable, import & export for food & beverage products.
With his multiple management skills and in-depth knowledge in China business across different product segments, Kenny is poised to consult clients with many value added services typical to the industries he came from and to identify the best talent from his extensive network.


Paul L. Su
Partner

Paul L. SU is a 36 year old Chinese and a permanent Canadian resident.
He holds a Bachelor Degree of Chemistry and a Master Degree of Management Science. Besides, he is also a Certified Chinese Lawyer, and a Certified CPA. He has totally 11 years working experience, across mainland China, Hong Kong, and North America.
Paul joined Hong Kong Executive Search in early 2005. He is now leading a team in our Shanghai office, focusing on Yangtze River Deltaˇ¦s manufacturing sector, FMCG & Retail industries, and HR & FI openings.


Akiko Kinugasa Tsui
Associate

Akiko is Japanese, a graduate from Konan University, Kobe, Japan. She is married to a local Chinese and has lived in Hong Kong since 1981. She joined the team in 1993 after having worked for Hong Kong Land as an Office Leasing Manager for over 6 years. She had also worked for a large Japanese trading house in London and a major Japanese bank in Hong Kong. She has developed a wide network of contacts enabling her to coordinate successfully between the local and Japanese communities. She is a generalist, but has made significant contributions in the area of banking and finance.


Michal Oppenhaim

Michal was born and bred in Israel, a graduate of the University of Haifa, Israel. She holds a BA in Geography and Studies for Certified Teacher as well as a MA in State Audit and Accountability. Michal has accumulated over 15 years of professional teaching experience in Hong Kong and Israel, for adults as well as children both in the private and the government sector, both in Israel and Hong Kong. Michal joined Hong Kong Executive Search in 2002 focusing on high tech, information technology and biotech industry.A known and respected member of the Hong Kong Jewish community, Michal leverages her network and connections in the Asia Pacific region to fulfill assignments.


Iris Wong
Associate

Iris Wong has professional experience in Engineering and Telecom industry both in Hong Kong and in the USA. She has worked for private companies and government agencies in such functions as project management, sales and business development. Her family moved back to HK in 1996, and she has since joined a British civil engineering firm, then moving on to Asia Pacific regional business development role with Hong Kong Telecom (now "PCCW") and Cable & Wireless in HK and Shanghai. Iris attained her BSc. Degree from the University of Illinois, major in Civil Engineering and Architecture. At Hong Kong Executive Search, Iris focuses on assignments in the Telecom, Civil Engineering and Project Management arena. Iris speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Putonghua.


Osamu Koike
Associate

Osamu is Japanese. He was born and brought up in Tokyo and holds a Bachelor of Economic degree from Seikei University in Tokyo. He has lived in Hong Kong since 1990 and worked in Japanese securities brokerage companies for more than 20 years. He has experienced in the fields of individual sales, global securities operations, staff recruitment and had assumed a top management position in administration. Prior to working in Hong Kong, he was based in USA briefly. Osamu has a good and strong network among the Japanese community in Hong Kong and other parts of Asian countries as well as Hong Kong local community. He speaks English, Japanese, Cantonese and Mandarin.


Silvia Carius
Associate

Born in Germany, Silvia has lived and worked in Asia since 1988. After working for 11 years in the garment export industry in management positions, she moved into consumer products where she held senior positions in product management, business development, project management and logistics over a period of seven years, focusing especially on exports from Asia, liaising with buyers and offices on a global scale.
In the Executive Search field Silvia has successfully concluded positions in Fashion -Sourcing & Retail, Consumer goods - Engineering and Supply Chain and managed postings in Investment banking and Telecom.
Silvia is fluent in English, German and Italian as well as conversational Cantonese and holds a University degree in veterinary medicine.
She is a keen golfer, yoga practitioner and enjoys scuba diving.
Her extensive network of social and business contacts, especially within the German and Italian speaking community ensure her successful undertaking of senior search assignments within the Region of Asia Pacific.
